Jennifer Pierce is a certified holistic health coach, wellness advocate, yoga instructor, food and travel blogger, recovering CPA and green smoothie junkie. She began a health and wellness journey as it relates to food four years ago.
Determined to decrease her migraines without medicating, she turned to food education, eliminating certain foods from her diet to perhaps learn the cause of the headaches. Her content at Jennifer Pierce Health focuses on healthy recipes, eating quality mostly organic whole foods, and developing and facilitating online group detox programs.
