When I first start working with one of my clients (I am a health coach), we lay a foundation with three very simple rules:
1. Learn to cook. This is a non-negotiable. Start small with some smoothies, scrambled eggs, and sautéed veggies. Find bloggers who inspire you and reference their websites for simple and healthy recipes.
2. Know that fat is your friend. Include avocado, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and olive oil in your daily diet. This will keep you satiated and drastically reduce cravings.
3. Make it taste good. Eating well means that the food is both health supportive AND delicious. You can have it all.
Thankfully, this easy guacamole recipe adheres to all three of these rules, and, as such, often becomes a staple in my clients’ daily diet.
THE MOST DELICIOUS & EASY GUACAMOLE RECIPE EVER
- 1 large avocado
- Juice from 1/2 – 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Sea salt to taste
- Mix in bowl, serve chilled.
